These are called uplifting springs often used when towing to stiffen up the suspension. They can also be used if the springs have sagged. Post by: HAD 708 on April 27, 2006, 12:26:42 AM I Know them as override springs. I have a set fitted to my sedan that were dealer fitted from new as the original owner used to Tow a lot. They are a very good option even more so for wagons as they tend to need as much rear end support as possible.
