welcome to the forum. lots of info here on conversions if you use the search function. im guessing now at the prices of kits but i'd say around $1500 to 2000 for all "bolt-on" bits. like 3/4 chassis rails, crossmember and steering rack ec. places like CRS, V6 conversions, rods racks etc cater for conversions. and not much really bolts on when doing a conversion of this nature, be prepared to make lots of one-off brackets, bits and bobs. hth a little.
