I just bought one few months ago after looking for quite some time, luckily I got the completes setup with all bits and shifter as i didnt know but it is smaller than manual one. Anyhow I got it from a bloke who deals in FB EK bits and he ahas got a lot of stuff. olden@bigpond.com is his email address.
