I'm surprised you don't recognise it. It is the same as the one fitted to my grey motor. You'll see it in the photograph that you used as your "personalised picture" recently. The fitting on the centre branch is a vacuum take off, while what appear to be copper pipes at each end are most probably take offs to enable the manifold to be water heated. Alternatively, they could be pivot points for a throttle system.
