could someone tell me if the hoodlining goes in first or the w/laceing  my trimmer is unsure thanks danny :)

Hood lining 1st then wind lacing, from memory the hood lining gets pushed in, then the wind lacing, into the same opening / groove / slot, whatever you want to call it, then you carefully tap the opening / groove / slot, so it clamps the headlining and wind lacing with a block of fabric covered wood and mallet along the edge of the headlining to close it.
