He also had lots of other FJ bits for sale, so I assumed he knew what they were all off.

I am in the same boat, but don't know what type of visor it is. I was thinking of getting a couple of pieces of stainless folded up to suit. The brackets are stainless, I'll look into getting possibly a dozen sets made up over the next few days. If anyone's after a set let me know.

You need them to be made out of VERY rigid stainless steel, folded just like that. Thet are what secures them to the windscreen pillars on the side. Was a complete visor, but was in poor condition, so as I only want the brackets and didn't want to freight the whole lot down, the ebay seller will be relisting the visor.
