Title: Removing Interior Door Handles
Post by: REDMR2RED on August 17, 2005, 10:53:52 PM
Can someone provide the dimensions of the tool to remove the interior door handles.

I'm sure I've seen it on the Forum, but can't find it using the search option.

Thanks Kevin

I'm not sure OTTOMH, but it's a standard size.  If you go to Supercheap or Auto-One etc and ask for a interior handle and trim removing tool, you'll get one that does the trick.

cheers

Thanks for the advice Ret and Jason.

I got to work this afternoon and made one.  Took less time than driving to Supercheap.

Works perfect, window winder off in 2 seconds, door handle off in 5 minutes after I figured out that someone had put the door handle spring on the wrong way.

One scratch plate fitted, one to go.
