A couple of wrecks from the weekend.  Shame to see a van sitting like this.

I could not find the Chassis number on these cars, is it in the same spot as the EK's?

Whoa!
Burnsy, that van is an Ex-Post Master Generals van. "S10" was the factory code for the GPO extras. S.8 in the paint was for the Post Office Red paint.
I had a plate once, but got rid of it & have kicked myself ever since. It went to a good home, anyway.

If you are interested, I would love to purchase the plates & chassis number. I want to build one & have a van in mind, but no plate.
I will PM you.

Chassis number on the drivers side skirt half way along - up near the wiring loom

Would love to get the chassis number out of the van as it is a rare vehicle  - pity its burnt out

Thanks Ken
