It's pretty much a case of swapping them front-to-back, exactly opposite their previous positions. Since the rear mount is often hand fabricated, the height of the front mount should be set once you have the engine in place on the rear mount. Level the carburettor.
Similarly the rear position of the mount can be determined by pushing the motor back as far as possible (allowing clearance around the accelerator linkage) this gives maximum room for the radiator. More room can be achieved by having a cable accelerator. Tack the mounts once you are happy with both the above. Finish welding after removing the motor. Ken |
