Title: gearbox kits
Post by: andykotzur on March 23, 2005, 11:07:55 AM
Does anyone know where to get a crash box bearing kit?   I havent had much luck in the usual car part shops.
What about new gears?  My first reverse sliding gear has some hardfacing coming off.  Is there a store that sells em?
Thanks
andy

Rare Spares sell bearing kits, or I had my box rebuilt at Gabba Gearbox,s in Brisbane / Gold coast, they managed to be able to supply new mainshaft, gears and all, they reckon readily available.
