Title: What to wear? Post by: Hotlips on March 18, 2005, 02:43:02 AM :DHey you Canberra/NSW guys, can you tell me how the weather situation is temperature wise?? I intend to bring a bit of everything and I know the weather is lethal at changing at the last minute but should I bring more warm gear (jumpers etc) than cooler gear?? I always pack light but don't want to be caught out if I am going to be in really cold weather.

Title: Re: What to wear? Post by: Longhurst on March 18, 2005, 03:57:24 AM I have just driven over the top and it was up to 9 degrees at Kiandra and at present 14 in Cooma but I still stand by my earlier statement that it is shirt sleeve time at Easter in the snowies.

What a shame you weren't coming a day (or a couple of hours) earlier as we could've picked you up at the Airport and given you a lift to pick up your new Wheels. You could then have travelled with us to Jindabyne (we're leaving before the roosters crow on Thursday). Having said that, I believe the QLD club will be leaving Goulburn Thursday morning. Maybe you could meet up with them????? Hope the trip is uneventful in your new ride.
