Post by: FC0058 on March 05, 2005, 01:43:32 PM
Hi Gents & Ladies

Can some one please email of fax me a copy of the fitting instructions for wilsonia guage.

I also have an alternator fitted to the car, so can I still hook up the Gen guage. ???

Cheers Jim

Hi FC0058.

Can't help you with the printed instructions for the Wilsonia gauges, but I can answer the other question, re:- the Gen gauge.

The Gen gauge is actually an ammeter, it measures the amps (current) going out of or into the battery.

Easiest way, if you want to do it yourself, is to borrow an HD or HR worshop manual & follow the wiring diagram in the X2 section, they have an ammeter wired with an alternator.

Dr Terry.

Jim,

I don't have the instructions, but if you send me the guages I'll fit them in my car and show you at Jindabyne what I've done.   ;D  ;D
