Title: carpet repair Post by: NO NAME on February 17, 2005, 12:41:27 PM I have medium cutpile carpet, over the years it has been yet many times and is now splitting.
I want to take it out to scrub it up but am worried it will fall apart. Is there any kind of iron on or glue on way to repair the carpet? Title: Re: carpet repair Post by: oldgmh on February 20, 2005, 09:54:50 AM Repairing carpet never seems to work so it may be better to just replace it with a new moulded carpet, with the colour and pile of your choice, assuming you have a standard floorpan.
They are cheap and tend to fit okay once you have let them settle down for a week or so. regards earlee. Title: Re: carpet repair Post by: NO NAME on February 20, 2005, 01:57:22 PM The carpet is only about 6 years old, it was specailly made for the modified floor.
