Title: remote oil filter

can anyone suggest an oil replacement filter for the grey motor remote.
I have seen reference to replacement on this site but do you think I can find it

Yeah the one I have in mine is a sealed metal unit with a finger handle on top to pull it out, not sure if the filter is paper or not, cant see any markings on it.

Kiwi - now you're home safe & sound in god's own country & away from the 'banana people' did ya get all the bits off Emu's car ya wanted. hehehe

The Ryco R4P or Baldwin P41 remote oil filter cartridges will do the job just fine (available any Repco or Bursons outlet). Yeah ... the 'P' stands for a paper-cartridge filter. As for the R4, it is the old-style Ryco metal-cartridge filter, I have a NOS R4 sitting in my garage ... strictly as a museum piece  8)
