Title: mud flap brackets
Post by: fcee on August 30, 2004, 06:31:59 AM
;)I would like to have a go at making my own F.C.brackets as I think the costs quoted are a bit steep and I have the time to experiment ,and if they do not work out I can always buy some ,does anyone have any pics or measurements I could use please ? By the way ,I have just fitted a set of cooper radials with the half inch whitewall 185-80 by 13 tubeless ,what a different car it is to drive !coasts easier ,steers great ,and quiet .115 dollars each but worth double that for improvement ,and no I dont work for Antique Tyres .cheers .Steve .

Sorry mate I shouldve added a bit more detail to that .
These are the brackets only and they are the two rears only . Theyre probably different for the fronts so you may not be able to use these as templates but dont quote me Im realy not too sure.

It just so happens that while perusing through to the bottom of a box of old Holden bits n peices I dug out some mudflap brackets .
These are duplicates of the originals and are made from flat steel plate.
If your still after them earlee, send me a PM
