Just remember to only do 1 floor at a time, to help retain as much rigidity as possible, otherwise if you take out both floors at once, the body could twist, and you'll have dramas for ever and a day trying to line things up. The last edition of Streetmachine, shows a Tunnel replacement and Chassis kit fitment for a Commodore Gearbox into a EK ute , and they didn;t remove, the engine, crossmember, or subrame...so it can be done with it on as well ! It's worth getting the magazine, as it has some good underbody pics. It helped me when fitting my chassis kit !
