Title: CRUZIN
Post by: surferboy on April 30, 2004, 08:37:01 PM
i can't put pictures on the computer.   but surferboys lowly wagon did make it into the pages of Cruzin magazine. issue 42  oz files.        i love Cruzin, you dont need a top dollar show car to get in there.
P.S. noticed issue 43 oz files has another FC. i love Cruzin ..lots of FCs

Nicko,
Most newsagents I've been into have it, even out here in the desert!
I agree with you surferboy, there is a lot more street driven machinery in this mag.  They seem to double up a lot on pictures & articles with another mag (name escapes me) devoted to Queensland street machines & shows.  Seems you only need to buy one of these magazines or the other to get the same info.

Surferboy
Hurry up and learn how to. we need photographic evidence.

Well I suppose I will have to go down to the newsagency now and have a little look.

Cheers Jim

Gday Surferboy,
Someone else discovered the card a month or two back.  Here is a link to a pic already posted on the forum.  I went straight down to the newsagent & bought a card.  The newsagent said he was wondering how long it would be before I got one!  Ah!  Small Towns!  Gotta Love them!  ;D

cool surferboy!

(in the edition with Blue willys on the front.)

Also check out Craig Wilsons "GMH 057" in the mag.

also in latest ASR too getting striped at CRAKK run.

like Oz files section too, makes up for what it lacks in technical info.

i really like Ted Robinette's Workshop section in ASR.

Cheers

Ed

Spinner says, turning green:

Great looking caravan Surferboy.  Getting ready for the short drive to Jindabyne?

One hint, if you haven't already: fit a transmission cooler to your car.  You'll be quite upset if you don't!!

Cheers

Spinner

Hi ,
that yellow FE is nice considering how you see it, is how it was finished 20 years ago, mainly shedded and the beast runs NOS through a 3 speed and torana diff gives nice clearances to run 235 tyres. got to meet the owner, hes the one i got the box of goodies from.
the caravan article in no. 48 is also good to see.if you think about it we could all send them pictures of our classics. we could see them for years to come or they might run a couple of pages devoted to FE/FC classics.

lets flood em !!!!!

cheers
Scott
