Title: Heater Box ID
Post by: FC355 on February 17, 2004, 09:05:07 AM
I have a heater box that I suspect is from an FE-FC. Maybe someone here would know. There are pics of it at:

I have not seen one of these in an FE Or FC but have seen one in a HR Wagon I once had.

I've seen these heaters before and they are not a "Holden" accessory from memory they are out of a Japanese vehicle. ;)

It does have some jamanese manufacturer's name stamped on it but I got it along with a heater box for an HJ and a heater box for an HT and it looked older. Maybe it was an aftermarket fitment to the early 60's Holdens?

looks like a copy of a smiths heater that was available for all sorts of cars like land rovers where space is at a premium, would fit nicely under an old holden dash
