You can fit the HR seats into your car but you will have to drill and make up brackets to fit on both sides of the transmission tunnel to attach the seats inside runners. You will find that to have the seats level the outside orginal holes can be used but need a spacer for hight.Make sure they are done to rego specs or they can crack or pull thru the floor. I have HQ-HZ buckets in my FC & they look OK, also that gives you the headrest option.

Tim,
I've been trying to fit HQ buckets but they seem too wide to acommodate the floor shift in the tunnel and the inertia belts on the pillars. I've got the non-reclining sort and they also sit a long way in from the door on the floor. Is this normal?

I've got about three front bench seats if your interested.  Red/black, Green/black and light blue from out of a ute (no back lining).  They could probably all do with recovering, as they've probably go their fair share of rips etc.  They're just sitting in my shed piled on top of one another, as I stripped about 4 cars for parts a few years ago.  I can have a closer look at them and get back to you if interested.  I'm in central Victoria. healthplan@ozemail.com.au
