There seems to be a lot of interest in seeing pics of old holdens ( me included ).

Now, I'm no genius, BUT, I am pretty handy with a computer, and have designed a number of web style CD's.

If anyone is interested, I don't mind putting together a collection of pics onto CD.

I have the lap-top and burners to do this, it's just a matter of getting those out there with pics, to email them to me or I can just scour this site if no-one objected.

I can even sort them into Models...FE...FC or by type...Ute - Sedan - Wagon ect.

I am happy to do this for NO-COST !   All I would ask, is to cover costs.
I work in a Computer shop and can buy CD's at a good price...I can even supply CD's for your computer that are the exact size and shape of a credit card !

To give you an idea, a CD costs around $1.50 - $2.00 and postage aswell.

So if anyone is keen on spending 2 or 3 dollars odd, and I get enough interest, I'm happy to spend the time in putting a CD together.

I'm not offering to do this to make money ( just cover costs ), as I really enjoy this stuff.....I am also the editor and designer of WA's new newsletter...." FC FEver"

Just ran a "properties" on my FE/C pictures folder, if you need more content I have 361 various files, artwork, pictures, modified pictures. A lot of that would be from this site. Give us a yell if you are interested and I can burn-off a CD and ship it over.

I'd like one too please.  

I'll go through my slide catalogue and get the FE/FC and other pre-HK shots, scan & send them to you too.

Mark You can put me down as well, as the one thing I never get enough of is looking at old pic's of old holden's. Let me know when & where to send the money. May-be vol 2 could be members cars, before and after.

Sarge, you are right on the money with that idea......I've already thought about adding a few surprises, like old Advertising pictures ect.......

When I've finished the CD, I'll post a new message to ask for orders....so until then, just send me any pics you may have that you may want included on the CD.

I have around 30 odd pics at the moment, but I'm hoping for at least 100.

Well.......I've got as many pics as I can muster.   Let's just call it, the top 100 !

I am happy to burn a CD copy for anyone who wants to check out over 100 old wrecks on the one CD.

The more people want, the cheaper I can buy the CD's in bulk, so for now....I'll just make a list of those who want one, so I can work out the cheapest price for you....but shouldn't be more than a few bucks.

If you want to send me your own CDR, then that's fine too, like I said...I'm not doing this to make any money, but I do need to cover costs.

So, if you want a CD, please email me on markh@mccays.com.au and give me your name and postal address and phone number........then I can call you and let you know how much the CD and postage will be....

I could always email it to you all, but jsut think how long 100 photos would take to send my email....don;t think my boss would be happy me tying up the emails at work.

I've got your copy from Mark (called via Manji on the way back from Augusta) and will bring it to the meeting on Tues night...
