Title: VASS (Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme) Post by: folie on October 19, 2003, 10:28:26 PM Can any one recommend engineer that they have used to obtain a VASS (Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme) Victoria/Melbourne? i.e. one who is not overly bureaucratic Any help will be greatly appreciated.
