Yes, I have seen those before. I assume they came from the early 80's, as I can remember going into "Tilleys" auto shop down here in Hobart & seeing them on a display. You could get one for any car there was. The outside was the same, they just had different little stickers in the middle. I haven't seen one for a long time though.
