Title: Re: The "FAT-LADY" takes her final gasp Post by: old-blu on October 27, 2020, 10:19:18 AM Just had a closer look @ the King PIN Set & compared it to the FC set on the Rare Spares List,[ KP 1001 @$169 95]. FC Cotter pins are threaded on one end & are secured by a nut & spring washer. The cotter pins in my set here are slotted @ one end & I think would be secured by an interference fit as you "drive" them in place. The part No. on the box 21222 [NASCO], may well be Z1222. This set may be earlier than FE/FC. Any clarification out there? Kevin.

I remember advertising Head Gaskets for Vauxhalls on this Forum & this Kit must have been stored away in the Dealership, since HECTOR was a pup. Anyway, this Kit goes back on the shelf until the kids send it to Landfill, hopefully, a long time away. "Here endeth the Lesson. Kevin.
