Rob J Title: Re: VH24 Power Booster Post by: zulu on August 11, 2003, 08:07:34 AM Geoff, This may be of interest to other members also, there is business in Sydenham Victoria called Hydroboost (03)93904811 that has a changeover service for VH 24,40 &44 brake boosters.
For the latter 2 units they also have brackets & air filters to aid in under guard mounting. Although I cannot vouch for the service,they do offer a 12 month warranty & it at last gives VH24 owners an option over waiting to find a NOS overhaul kit or a working unit. I was fortunate enough to have Ray of Raymond Brakes (a club member) to sort mine out for me. ;) Regards Gary |
