This would more than satisfy the engineers as there would be very little chance of pull through. Set it up and put 3-4 plug welds on each side to hold the plate to the floor so it does'nt fall off when you remove the seats.
Regards, Jim Title: Re: bucket seat under floor plates Post by: freddyc on November 05, 2016, 07:50:23 AM OK got an answer in qld it can be any shape as long as it has a surface area of 150mm and no sharp corners and at least 3mm thick. I used 150x32x3mm. I now have the drivers bucket seat fitted.
