It's been a long time since i've owned a vehicle powered by a Holden red motor (21 years) and there's been a lot of advancements in motor oils during that time. So what engine oil do people run or recommend for a slighly modified mild red motor? Just to make the discussion more robust I'll even throw the Synthetic v Mineral oil debate into the mix ;D Title: Re: Oils Post by: mcl1959 on August 01, 2016, 05:05:43 PM A red motor is a very basic engine with not many requirements from the oil you put in it.
