Title: my wife's EK Post by: snuff69 on November 09, 2015, 08:13:41 PM My wife really likes FB's & EK's, so I spent the last 12 months or so working on this. Hope the picks are here.

Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: DJ on November 10, 2015, 08:13:57 PM I find it the other way around but I get more out of the FC in terms of ongoing therapy & continual learning.
Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: Crumpsnr on November 10, 2015, 08:56:41 PM Very nice. 12 months is a good achievement! What mechanicals? Regards, Martyn
Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: snuff69 on November 10, 2015, 10:12:39 PM All standard Martyn, 35000 miles since new. Once belonged to a certain used guitar salesman.
Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: FireKraka on November 11, 2015, 01:40:28 PM Hey Snuff, nice EK mate I'm building an FB/EK V6 ute at the moment and can only hope it turns out half as good as your wives sedan and it only took you 12months you say I can only dream about 12 months ;D
Regards Neil H Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: Crumpsnr on November 11, 2015, 05:06:50 PM Certainly looks the goods.
Good to see one in such great condition. Regards, Martyn Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: snuff69 on November 11, 2015, 08:36:54 PM Much easier when it's just standard Neil. I don't know if I would be able to handle all the wiring and stuff on a V6. Dave

just let me know when you got nothing to do! would fancy a drive up to Casino! Title: Re: my wife's EK Post by: snuff69 on November 19, 2015, 09:26:21 PM Unfortunately Nick I have to pay for body work and paint (although he's a mate and I get it for the right price) I handle the mechanical, pulling apart and putting back together. My mate is a wiz though, he does Ferrari's and Alfa's for a guy who buys and sells them all over the world. So if you were looking for someone to some bodywork I couldn't recommend him highly enough. And a very reasonable rate for such good work. Dave
