Country second-hand and antique stores are a good place to look. The prices are more reasonable and it's a good excuse for a mini road trip.

You are right about the country stores however most of the ones down south here in WA are in the touristy area and so the prices are jacked I think I might have to go into some of the inland wheat belt towns and see what I can find. I picked up an old wire stand as well from people I know that run a store in Perth but even though they gave me a discount it still cost me $150. It seems to be easy to get the tops, the glass bottoms are the problem. I have a glut of tins at the moment but always interested if they are "different". Cheers |
