Just thought i would show pics of NOS inner sill might give a insight for people re building theres.

Thanks for the pics as I am close to having to refabricate these and the pics are a great help in determining profiles etc.

Not that I need any anymore, but how hard is it to make the front part or stamp the front part where it rusts the most?

Any chance of some dimensions from a fixed point for those that have to re fabricate (like me) some time, when you have time  :)

i made a template years ago to fabricate the front bit but is lost now upto u pete

What are the two approx 1/4 inch holes for in the rh inner sills?, a pair of crappy second hand ones i have, have the same holes...
