Title: Restoration / Panel Beaters in Victoria / Melbourne
Post by: Nicolasboston on August 06, 2014, 03:49:41 PM
Hi everyone

I've just bought back my first car that i lovingly restored with the old man about 15 years ago.  Unfortunately the owners since were not so kind to her and she has rust in all the usual spots and some stranger ones, including:

Boot Sill
Subframes
Outer Door Skins (probably some inner as well)
Sills
Guards
Quarters

Anyway, I am keen to know of any panel beaters out there that may be good with these old gals.  I am not a wealthy man however want to ensure it's a job that lasts and includes some good rust prevention etc,.

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Nic

Hey Frankie,

There is a spot at the bottom of the forum, Auction and Trade links that you are welcome to put your full details on if you wish, as there are not too many businesses that look after the old cars anymore.

Cheers
JB

Stylerod Panels, 20 Shelley Ave, Kilsyth seem to do good work and their shop is full of classics AND their chief painter drives a nice FC. Cheers, Frazer
