Replace them with springs from a donor bench.
The middle ones are easy to get out, the ones nearer the sides are a little more difficult. Replacement clamps are available from Daleys in strips and aren't too expensive, you just need a set of pliers to close them up.
If you cannot get hold of original springs, you can buy zig-zag spring off the roll and shape to suit. The zig-zag does not match the FE/FC springs exactly but enough of it lines up to patch the breaks. Once patched I will sometimes zap the break with the MIG, if nothing else it smooths it out.
If you can't buy cut lengths of zig-zag spring, let me know how much you need and I can sell you some as I bought a roll years ago and still have most of it left. You can also buy new coil springs if yours need replacing.
