The Nats HQ hotel has been recently taken over by the Travelodge group. If you are booked in there, you may want to re-confirm your booking - it appears that Travelodge's policies are different to Quality Hotel's (the previous management). If you did not provide them with a credit card originally, I would recommend you get in touch pronto.
