Title: FC 202 ute Rosie
Post by: bloodnut on November 13, 2013, 02:39:02 PM
re; a whole lot o Rosie....I have done a bit of superficial work to her and am getting to the point I want to move the motor back. I think you mentioned eh sump and pick up and hr mounts (202) to move motor back.  I am looking out for eh sump and pick up. about$200 delivered. does this sound right? also I have no idea the mounts are on it. I think they may be hr mounts welded to front of cross member.. anyway I am a little lost on the subject. need to know where to shorten drive shaft and how would best mount tranny as handbrake attached to that mount. I know there is a lot to do but I think sump, mounting and tranny are my priority. got a few hundred dollars put away and think I may as well get in and do the conversion right. just thought I would say g'day and see if any ideas arise. Happy to put on bbq and beers if any one lives near redcliffe and wants to have a look.
