Title: Front guards Post by: fe350chev on July 07, 2013, 08:29:31 PM Does anyone know whether the bolts that go on to flange of guards were actually contoured or straight from the factory?

Theres a lot of stress going into the metal to achieve that profile in the guards. Could be steel type could be weather temperature could be old mounds. Soon I will be getting my chassis flex test done and I will bolt them on for that. Didnt know if I should beat them straight or just leave them as it.
