Title: Microsoft help Post by: NES304 on March 02, 2013, 10:00:33 AM Had Microsoft help call me yesterday and knew my name too. Said computer has been sending error messages and they had to sort it out. I said my computer is off and the only one I had on was a Macbook.
Asked me to turn on and press windows key + r then in the run box type eventwvr. I said no worries ;) and she said what does it come up with. I said it came up with the letters s c a m . Never had anyone hang up so quick ;D Ps, never turned on computer...
