looks like it goes at the base of a carby and restricts the amount of throttle (hoof) it allows you to give it.

Probablly for a stationary motor, or forklift, or something along those lines..


Wouldnt want to go smoking a forklift,s tyres with all that tyre shredding power.. ;D

A lot of water pumps for example had grey motors driving them. I remember there used to be one at a pumping station next the road between Wagga and Junee. I would imagine they would have had something along these lines fitted to them.
