FE Special sedan for sale. $16 900

I have owned this car for almost 12 months, and drive it twice a week.
Purchased from Canberra and was blue slipped for transfer to full NSW registration.
Safety has been the main focus for me, carrying my baby in the car, so since purchasing I have had done:

Front End Crossmember rebuilt with all new Rare Spares rubbers and shocks by Pedders Suspension.
Brakes serviced with new wheel cylinders, re-lined shoes all round and handbrake cables.
Rear wheel bearings & oil seals replaced when Diff centre converted to 3.55 ratio.
Voltage regulator serviced
Replaced Generator (2011)
New Water Pump, Cooling system overhaul, New thermostat, Hoses, Heater Hoses, Re-core Radiator (2010)

Vehicle has been painted at some stage, floor pans in the front have been replaced. The Vehicle ID plate suggests that the Car was originally grey with a white roof and also suggests that the motor has been exchanged for an EJ Grey motor. Otherwise the car is stock original, the original Olympic Air Ride Spare tyre is with the car (I replaced with a sumitomo for safety).
Has 2 seat belts in the front, 1 in the rear centre with child seat restraint fitted.
Strong motor, good gearbox, drives dead straight and stops like a modern car should. Further details as per photos;

I got a call to go check out a fe on the side of the roady at edgy so i shot down and here she was.. does look good close up.

Got into an argument with some douche bag trying to tell me it was an FC though

I didn't have time although I was across the road sniffing round breifly for my father out law.... found some 1927 T model parts (the old guy there talked my ear off and chewed up my time)

I can only handle so much grey motor power in 1 weekend. ;D


Craig is selling the old red  and white FC now as well.

This FE looks and goes great, I have followed your car a number of times around newcastle and I love it.

Pete, thanks for the plug, I have just listed mine on here today, with much regret.

Hopefully all my house stuff will settle soon enough and I can look around for a great example like this awsome FE to drive.

I was sorry to see the Old White on Red FC had to go, I'm glad you at the least got to get her out on the road after repairing the brakes.
I hope it all works out for Brendan and his plans meet fruition.

I remember mate, I haven't got mine on carsales yet, i'm either lazy or hesitant to sell.
My wife said the other day I didn't have to sell the FE, but I am pretty certain that translated to "you better not be thinking about keeping the FE"
You'll have to load up a picture of the FX to "members other cars" so we can all check it out.

Im suprised the old servo still stands.

A lot of people have wedding photos there.
And theres always cars there having photos.
Same with the old fred ash building it was always popular.
