Title: Re: steering coloum Post by: weddo on July 23, 2012, 09:11:23 PM You can always shorten the column you have.
Cut down outer tube, shorten the shaft and have it re splined and thread re cut. I've had mine shortened 3 inches including gear change tube. regards Weddo Title: Re: steering coloum Post by: FCRB26 on July 24, 2012, 05:12:05 AM I shortened mine and you are allready running a rack so do it on the bottom side have it machined to accept your uni and just cut your tube down.
I assume you have a nylon bush in the bottom of the colum allready so remove it and shorten it up from there. Pete Title: Re: steering coloum Post by: aussieute on July 24, 2012, 10:13:24 AM thanks for the ideas will do that
