Title: Firewall mounted brake booster Post by: Oggz on July 13, 2012, 08:00:32 AM Am planning to put a trimatic behind the grey and have been advised that boosting the drums would be a sufficient upgrade to the brakes that I wouldn't need to do a HR front conversion.
Can anyone recommend a firewall mounted booster w/master that would be relatively easy to attach knowing that the clutch master will be deleted? I figure if I just go single circuit master then I wouldn't need to make too many if any changes to the rest of the system. Boosted drums can be tricky and sometimes downright dangerous, especially in emergency braking situations.
