Consequently I think the EH axle has a longer land section for the bearing than an FC axle. Possible that the bearing laqnd is different as well.

You would need to confirm this detail Ken Title: Re: rear axle Post by: weddo on March 11, 2012, 09:03:40 PM The reason I ask.....I have been given two axles supposedly EH.... course spline, backing plates look same as EH - HR, but they are about 80mm longer overall and about 30mm longer between back of bearing and back of flange.
