Post by: GMHwagoon on February 27, 2012, 10:31:13 AM

looking at replacing outer sill fc wagon ,can anyone tell me who supplies the sill
with the closest profile to the original ones
l have heard that some of the repo sills have a slightly different profile
or if someone has some shorts to use as patch panels happy to buy
              thanks greg

Hi Greg,
I recently fitted repro sill panels from Craig Vane Sheetmetal, I think he trades as Rust a Problem in Qld. His panels closely resemble the originals but don't come with the formed ends. One problem I had with them was that he sent me a pair and they came packaged one on top of the other for ease of shipping. I didn't notice at the time that the top panel was slightly larger than the bottom panel and that created a bit more work. Other than that the quality and service was good.
