I think some wires are crossed along the way, it sounds like what you have for sale are the diecast fins.. Fin extensions are made from stainless steel like the side flash etc and go along the top of the rear guard from the fin to the roof to seperate the flash colour from the boot colour on late '58 & '59 models. The tag goes under the pointy bit of the diecast fin & is often broken off because many people don't know how they attach there and force them out & it's D'oh! Very minor pitting only , unless your a perfectionist ,you can put them straight on the car .P/s , Im getting a digital camera very soon , so it will make it a bit easier for the guys who buy stuff off me from interstate.God help the forum then.
