Hobbo I,m in Glenelg,thanks for your offer. fe350 chev, no its not the one from the hills.Car is still for sale,havent actually had anyone look at it yet,I have had enquiries from photo enthusiasts etc but so far no serious buyers.

I live in vic but will be down at end of school holidays. I'd like to look but have no idea if you think it worth 1500 bucks or 6000 bucks. What colour is interior and exterior and does it have original motor mate.

I am negotiable and I will sell the car for a reasonable amount to a genuine buyer.I,m not going to send more photos to photo collectors etc most of which don,t even have the decency to call or e mail back to say what they think of the car.Back when the world was real you put your phone number out there,then you got calls,then a human arrived to actually inspect the vehicle,then you either had a sale or you did not.

fc350,yes it does have the original motor,interior blue,black and white,exterior blue and white.

I dont know about photo hunters if you want to sell something put a  photo and a price photos sell cars.

I have driven hours to inspect jems that turned out to be ordinary.

 I too, have driven hours ,try California to Minnesota and back , twice ,to look at ,and buy cars,it goes with the territory ,anyway, if you want to know if the car is a gem or not ring the seller up! I don,t know about photo hunters either! I thought there were photography clubs people can join. Photos and price might sell cars but at the end of the day anyone serious has to call, and at least come and look! I am not looking for an unrealistic price I know what is involved to fix the rust. All I was looking for was someone serious to ring and work out a deal everyone was happy with.I will advertise the car in the local paper .

Thanks for going to all that trouble describing the vehicle as would normally occur in any advertisement anywhere else. It is pretty standard even for trading post to use photos in their adverts these days, it's just how it rolls man. Please, no need to get your knickers in a not, there are advertisement guidelines on the forum so that nobody is wasting anyone's time. I just so happen to be looking for something that I can use for parts and perhaps running gear from so would have been interested if it say had a red, with 5 spd and a shortened diff or if it had same interior as one of my cars. I am doing up 2 cars and am after one with some good running gear and other bits and pieces to build 2 good cars out of. But yours isn't the right colours and has same running gear as my others, so unfortunately without wasting anyone's time, after that brief description, I now know that I won't drive the 5-6 hours to have a look. I am a real person who has a family and would have had to be away for a night to make it happen. I hope you are successful in selling the car.

Thanks for the reply,definately no knotted knickers here !,I have had a gutfull of endless requests for photos etc.I have been fixing ,driving, buying ,and selling ,old cars for a long time,and I know from experience very few people will buy a car from photos.Anyone serious will at least make a phone call.Anyway photos can be taken in a way that won,t show the real deal, not many people will bullshit you over the phone if they think you are serious about coming to look.Good luck with your search.
