I just like the look over chrome, Had some bars nickel plated in sunshine back in 02 sometime and wasn't happy with there quality, Title: Re: nickle plating in Melbourne Post by: KFH on February 13, 2012, 09:00:54 PM According to the chap that did my plating there is a coat of copper first and if that won't remove all scratches when polished there is another coat of copper or more until all scratches are gone after polishing. This is followed by a coat of Nickel then a coat of Chrome.
