Title: Re: bush kit Post by: fe350chev on December 12, 2011, 06:56:40 PM I just looked at a column I just took out of the Fe and it has the washer looking ones on the rod where the split pins are on column end. One on each side on the inner so rod is separated. Hope this helps

Im not sure if your talking about the actual rod separators, which mine doesnt have and mines a late fc and my fe doesnt either. But you could be talking about the little washer thingies in the photos. I believe its to stop the metal on metal occurring, but they are probably in the generic kit for the ek and fb, so put em on id think as its an improvement obviously. can u send me a pic of what they actually look like? Its something id like to know anyway KEN! Ken probably has some ha ha or many and would know what they exactly look like.
