Title: paint for suspension parts
Post by: fe350chev on December 08, 2011, 01:59:33 PM
hi all

what is the best type of paint to do suspension and underbody parts in? I will have a lot of black 2 pac here soon but wasnt sure whether a chassis black would be better. all parts have been blasted and etched so am spoilt for choice.

2 pac is not real good if you intend to drive it at all because chips are hard to fix. The suspension components were generally gloss black -  I have always used an acrylic paint because of the ease of touch up.
