Title: V6 sump capacity Post by: freddyc on August 19, 2011, 07:22:33 AM I am putting a V6 into my car, Rods racks said he is concerned with the oil capacity when using a rear mounted rack. Has any one had any trouble with this.

Maybe notch the crosmemeber for more capacity like they do with their SBC or V8 holden crossmembers. Title: Re: V6 sump capacity Post by: pop on August 28, 2011, 06:31:37 PM Not sure, but l had prob's with my 2wd hilux, so extended left to right, have to leave clearance for sump bolts. Than run the right hand exhaust between the motor & box. Just an idea, hope it helps.
