Title: Reproduction 13" Rims Post by: KFH on March 05, 2011, 10:49:37 PM I am considering fitting safety rims to my FC. What is the quality of the the reproduction HR rims like? Are the same offset as the original rims and do the hub caps fit correctly.

I understand, rightly or wrongly, that the original rims have "0" offset. What is the offset of HR rims? Are HR rims suitable for use on an FC?

Title: Re: Reproduction 13" Rims Post by: mcl1959 on March 06, 2011, 09:07:12 PM Don't know the actual offset numbers but FC are deeper dish than HR. HR rims foul on FC brake drums unless you get disc brake rims. I believe all the new repro rims are disc brake rims and they will fit on a FC
