A wing would best describe it, but most people refer to it as a bonnet bird.

my mate and i were discussing it the other day and were just curios about the orgins and what it s official name was, my mate said he heard it was a bird. can anybody eles shed some light on the subject. Thanks deajenn Title: Re: fc bonnet emblem Post by: RET on March 11, 2003, 09:13:25 AM Its official name is bonnet mascot, and while 'bird' seems to be common in Vic, 'mascot' and occasionally 'aeroplane' is what they get called in NSW.
So it's both a bird and a plane, and whilst it probably wouldn't stop Superman, it could make a hell of a mess of anyone else...... RET |
