Title: FC Special moulding clip set Post by: old's kool on February 02, 2011, 01:57:38 PM Does anybody have experience using a reproduction stainless moulding clip set for an FC Special?
I have found that "Rare Spares" do a set and another company, "Sparescity" do a set (on ebay)? Are either of the sets preferred over the other? Thanks. I used sparecity set and found that they were short on a few pieces, ie not enough pieces in the set, so had to buy a few from Rares and found that they were the same .. so I dont think it matters where you buy them, just make sure you get what you pay for .. Title: Re: FC Special moulding clip set Post by: sharpeidog on February 08, 2011, 08:40:00 PM My set from Rare Spares worked fine. All required clips and even a couple left over.... There are some plastic ones that are a bit sus, but had no problems in the end. Maybe I just got a good set?
